One of the things that Delphi and C++Builder are often criticized for is the lack of job offers or available developers. Of course, this varies greatly from country to country.
To raise awareness of the job market for its development software, Embarcadero has created a dedicated section on its website. Here you can find job offers at Embarcadero and other Idera companies, but you can also post job offers or job searches.
To post an offer, simply fill out a form. If the offer is approved by the moderation team, it will appear on the site for the specified duration.

Both job offers and searches are public. If you are currently employed and looking for another job without your employer's knowledge, avoid posting a job offer.
I recommend that all organizations (companies, associations, government agencies) looking for staff who are proficient in Delphi or C++Builder, or who are familiar with InterBase or RAD Server, post their job search on the Embarcadero website, although this should not prevent you from posting it on your usual local job sites.
